#95 One Year After Ayahuasca: What Stayed, What Left, and What’s Still Integrating
One year ago, I sat with Ayahuasca and asked to be shown the truth.
I thought the answers would come in visions.
Instead, they came in everything that died after.
In this episode, I’m reflecting on what’s changed—and what hasn’t—since that ceremony. Not just the moment I drank the medicine, but the year of unraveling, rebuilding, grieving, and reclaiming that followed.
Because the real ceremony begins after the cup is empty.
This isn’t a highlight reel of my healing. It’s a raw look at the identity deaths, nervous system upgrades, and emotional edges I’ve had to meet over and over again to fully embody the woman I am now.
Inside This Episode, I Share:
-
Why I felt called to the medicine in the first place
-
The version of me that had to die to make room for truth
-
What I thought I’d receive—and what I was actually given
-
How the themes of power, surrender, and capacity have shaped the last year
-
The parts of me that are still integrating—and the parts I’ll never go back to
-
What it really means to live your truth, long after the ceremony ends
